Falsely advertised how many people could sleep in the house. The only bed had bodily stains and hairs all over the sheets. The towels were dirty with makeup and other stains. Disgusting and unacceptable. Unbelievably, the Velvet Ditch refused to give any refund. Thankfully, Vrbo protects their clients. I strongly recommend avoiding any Velvet Ditch property after seeing how their management operates.

We had a short stay in Oxford for student orientation. This place was only a short 5 min drive or less to campus, maybe 10 minutes to Walmart. Great location. Quiet area and well maintained. Love being able to park right at the front door. Although we didn’t use the kitchen utensils or cook there, they had everything you would need to do so. Separate private bedroom for guests if you needed to use the pull out couch for extra guests. Large bedroom & closet. Plenty of clothing storage. Full sized washer & dryer. Large stand up shower with great water pressure. Love that there was a hair dryer there. I would maybe suggest a few rugs in the bedroom on the tile just for comfort when getting in and out of bed. We did have a minor issue with the remote control not working so we ended up casting our Hulu from our phones to the television BUT they did try to help fix it and sent a new controller the following morning. Contacting our host and getting a reply was easy and they responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again if it is available on our next stay.
