“The pullout couch is not a good option for sleeping, especially an adult. It is like a very firm pillow on the ground. The staff was super helpful providing an egg crate and additional bedding but not really a good option for a bed. An updated pullout would be suggested and a handheld shower option.”

“Our room overlooked a nasty trash filled roof -kept heavy blinds closed. I feel the bathtub/shower was quite unsafe - it is so narrow and slippery. I also rinsed it out before stepping into it - looked like sand/pebbles in it. The beds are comfortable (except my short older friend had trouble climbing in to bed due to height of bed). The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair.
