“We were really looking forward to staying at Zachary Dunes because we had heard so many great things about it. While the property itself is beautiful, our experience was unfortunately not the best by what seemed to be staffing shortages. Throughout our stay, it took a very long time to get food, drinks, and even pool towels. The restaurant was fairly empty, yet we were told they couldn't seat us for dinner without reservations, so we ended up driving elsewhere for meals several times. On our...

“This place was so good for a weekends get away. It was very dusty inside, under the couch and head boards was layers of dust. And we arrived 30 min early and was told there was a $50 early check in fee which was alittle weird. We did not pay that and waited 30 min which ended up with using late to our event. Everything else was soo nice we will stay there again”

“Overnight stay and we have been here before. Room clean. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm. I did report to front desk when checking out there was loose door lock that was missing screws and needed to be fixed. It’s safety issue. All amenities were good to have :) frig that was cold, microwave and bathroom soaps to use. Did not like the water faucet because it was by hand movement and took time to kick in. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast hours were early and for quick breakfast was good....

“The elevators did not work the 5 days we were there. The sink in our room was clogged and drained super slow that we had to use the one in the kitchenette the whole time we were there. We told the girl at the desk on the first day we arrived and she said someone would check it out. Never happened. The coffee in the pots near the buffet room was either empty or cold on a couple of evenings. This was the third time we stayed here but unfortunately it will be our last!”

“Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time.”
