Room was permanently too cold, humid and above all air quality wasn't correct.
I think that they have to renew and to clean radically the air conditioning filters.”

“L'hotel ha quello stile antico e lussuoso che si trova ancora in alcuni alberghi asiatici; la camera è grande e ben organizzata, il letto molto comodo, il bagno ha tutti i confort anche se il gruppo doccia dovrebbe essere sostituito in quanto usurato. Uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente la ristorazione: la colazione è veramente ricca e soddisfa ogni esigenza, senza avere la paura di mangiare cibo crudo che, come si sa, può essere pericoloso mangiare nei locali pubblici di gran parte dell'India....

“we felt shortchanged as it was an online booking thru your portal...we were allocated a room in the "Annex" which appears to be old and poorly maintained. though the rate charged was 6k per night, it was more like a bare bone small room. the bathroom was tiny, with minimal toiletries, flush was leaking, water from the shower area came out, service was really slow and needed reminders”
