Cottage a Ozark

“Bathroom was nasty. Mold around the tub, toilet rock and roll when you sat on it. Water pressure, not so good.”

“Had to use doorbell to get into office to check in- rang 3 times. Agent seemed annoyed and was in a rock and roll tshirt. Room was clean with the exception of the hvac system. Air smelt funny and cover pulled off showed system has not been cleaned if ever. Property very dated and attempted updates are sloppy and cheap at best. Several issues with broken sheetrock near floor, couch rock hard and dirty, wore shoes the entire time. Was too tired to find another place but do not recommend staying...

“Ac worked”

“Room was dark even with all the lamps and 1 light on. There was a huge gap in the door at the frame that not only allowed in bugs and light but also smoke from people outside smoking. The smoke detector woke me up at 10:15 PM. I had to take the battery out of it or get dressed and go to the front desk. Didn’t eat the breakfast didn’t look good. Coffee was not tasty at all. Poured out. I visit Clarksville almost every month. This is my first time to try this hotel and I won’t be back.”

“Stayed for one night with my 6 year old. Everything was great, staff was kind and helpful, room was clean, A/C worked well. Great location right off 40 so easy to jump back on the road. Recommend.”
