“Very efficient and welcoming staff. I had to book my stay less than a day in advance, they were able to accommodate my room requests and arranged for an airport pick up. The room is very well equipped, amenities are great. The hair tools were fantastic and I wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the pillow menu selection and the restaurant.
It was a very comfortable and restful night

The only issue we encountered was with the hot water, which wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to wait several hours for the repair, and perhaps it would have been better if they had offered to change the room. Due to this inconvenience, our room was not cleaned on the second day.
Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. The hotel is clean and overall well-kept."

"Appartamento comodo a due passi dal centro pedonale, vicino alla via principale. Comodo da raggiungere se arriva dalla stazione. Check in e check più veloci e comodi. Host disponibile a late check out, molto apprezzato.
