“Il Como Hotel di Phuket ha un'architettura moderna con arredamento colorato e confortevole in una posizione stupenda. Isolato ma con un panorama meraviglioso. Il personale è gentile e attento. Io e mia figlia di cinque anni abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana però non si tratta di un 5 stelle. I servizi sono buoni ma non eccellenti e la spiaggia staccata dalla struttura principale è piccola e non proprio ben tenuta. ”

“Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization.”

“This was the only bad experience in this wonderful country, that is Thailand. I arrive at 14.30 at the hotel, i booked specifically this one for Splash (water park) , the problem was that from 15.30 to 17.15 i was waiting my luggage in the room. I call them several times, to have it in time to go to splash for mi kids. Result: splash closed at 17.30, and my kids crying realized that they could not have access. “We had for 9 nights a Junior Villa room with all-inclusive to celebrate our honeymoon and our staying was great. Villas are more secluded than normal rooms, they come with more space between each other, they have a pleasant balcony and view on the green and vegetation that is inside the hotel. The beach of Kamala is right across the street and in the northern end is possible to do snorkeling. Staff was absolutely great, they are friendly and super positive in attitude and smiling. Menu...
