“Rooms needed upgrade. Not full renovation but the basics. Beds were outdated. AC wasn’t fully working. The toilets had cracks and dirty from over the years. Was not safe at all. Homeless live in front. They stare at you when you go inside your room. We got woken up at 3 am due to fighting upstairs and when we looked outside, people were fighting and playing loud music! And the property owner lives there also!! We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get any replacement towels. We had to almost beg for 4...

“The hot tub wasnt working i never fully checked in for this reason and after disputing this with a representaive from expedia i was told that i could not get my full refund and i never got my cancellation reference number by expedia and when i called them they were only willing to give half of my money back meanwhile they were now fully booked with no rooms available what a scam”

“Shower was clogged with what I was told by the person I was with a dildo. There was 2 drawers that were stuck so I tried to unstick them by but couldn't do I removed the top 2 drawers to look into the bottom drawers. There was an additional room that was tapped off and possibly barricaded from the other side. I tried to open it but it didn't really budge. Someone knocked on the door or something after 11 which was checkout telling us that it was time to go. We left no later than like 11:30.”

“The rooms were oright but i did found a roach woundering in the bathroom floor ,toothpaste on the wall, thats all bad cuz that means they dont clean the rooms good..”
