Prime location near the recreation trail along the bay. An easy walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, downtown Pacific Grove, restaurants and many area attractions. Park the car in the driveway and walk everywhere.

Pacific Grove and the Monterey Peninsula feature ample walking and biking trails, attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach®, and Carmel. Beautiful sights and beaches await! Enjoy nearby shopping and fine dining to make your vacation complete.

Dining Room
Located between the living room and kitchen, your spacious dining room seats 6, with a peek of Monterey Bay.

Kitchen
The kitchen of Just Coast'n is particularly well-equipped with tools and gadgets to satisfy the chef in you including a Keurig® coffee maker, gas range and oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and center island. Create special meals and enjoy them in the nearby dining room that seats 6.

Back Patio
Your back patio features a hot tub and outdoor shower, a charcoal grill and a propane fire pit with seating options inside the fenced back yard.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs, Bedroom #1 features a king bed, a flat screen TV with streaming service and an en suite full bath with shower over tub. Direct access to the private upstairs ocean view balcony and an upper deck seating area that overlooks the bay completes the suite.
Two bedrooms are located downstairs:
Bedroom #2 features a queen bed, window seat, small desk and a flat screen TV with streaming service, as well as a convenient en suite full bath with a standing shower.
Bedroom #3 features a queen bed with a flat screen TV with streaming service. It is located just steps from the hallway bathroom with a shower over tub.

Laundry
Your laundry facility is located in a dedicated space off the kitchen.

Parking
Parking in the driveway for 1-2 vehicles and street parking is generally available in front of the house. The garage is not available for guest use.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
Dogs should not be left alone anywhere on the property during your stay and please do not allow them on the furniture or beds.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
