Beachouse - Pacific Grove Beach House - Incredibile vista sull'oceano

Salpare per la vacanza finale: sarete "re del mondo" in questa straordinaria casa sulla spiaggia. Con vista panoramica sull'oceano in ogni direzione, questa casa eco-friendly è arroccato come una nave in cima alla polvere bianca sabbia delle dune Asilomar. Professionalmente arredate con mobili di lusso, se dispone di una cucina moderna, un patio coperto, e vista sul mare da quasi tutte le camere. Al piano superiore c'è una suite matrimoniale con un letto Cal Re e una seconda camera per gli ospiti con una regina; al piano inferiore ha una terza camera da letto con due gemelli. Ci sono cinque televisori a schermo piatto in casa.
Asilomar Beach - alle porte di Pebble Beach - offre alcuni dei paesaggi più belli della costa della California. Potrete esplorare pozze di marea. Fare lunghe passeggiate sul lungomare. Giocare a golf, visitare l'Acquario, o cedere al fascino del Carmelo. Al termine della giornata, testa a Spanish Bay per una libagione tramonto. Poi tornare a casa, accendere un fuoco, e si addormentano al suono della risacca.
NOTA: Si tratta di un tranquillo quartiere residenziale (sono consentiti nessun rumore o eventi ad alto volume). 
Il Beachouse si trova in una zona ecologicamente sensibile. La California Coastal Commission non permette di camminare sulle dune, poiché le piante possono essere facilmente danneggiate - ma c'è una bella spiaggia sabbiosa in fondo alla strada per il tuo divertimento. As you can see by my summaries from above my family reallyenjoy the property. If I had one complaint the Wi-Fi in the master bedroom wasn’t very strong maybe a stronger router or a mesh system would work a little better.

My husband and I came to spend our anniversary together. The house was beautiful and plenty of space! We had to rearrange some things and were looking for suggestions on things in the area, for both we messaged through Vrbo and didn’t receive any response. I had to email directly the house manager. We would have liked a variety of pillow options (feather, firm, less fluffy) and we also thought the bed in the master was very firm. That is a preference so may not matter to others but it affected our quality of sleep. It was well stocked and in a great location. We enjoyed the easy drive to most areas. The master suite is beautiful, although the shower water didn’t get very hot and there was little water pressure. The WiFi didn’t reach well so you aren’t able to get much in the master or stream with the awesome tv in there due to the poor connection. For the price of the house it seems these things would be considered especially for those that require an internet connection. All that being said, if you are looking to relax, disconnect, enjoy wildlife and the beautiful coast of California then this is an amazing option. It’s good for a family with lots of room and bathrooms.

This home is stunning, well appointed and in a superb Pacific Grove location. Photos of the panoramic view don’t do this superb property justice. The chef’s kitchen with an extra large island was a bonus. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. -Deborah

A very special and unique neighborhood at the amazing Asilomar Beach. This house offers stunning panoramic views. We basked in the luxurious comfort of our temporary home, enjoying cooking in the well appointed kitchen, gazing out the huge windows at the view and taking long walks along the ocean. A perfect getaway.

The location was perfect. The views from the master bedroom were phenomenal. Sleeping with the windows open to sounds of the surf was so relaxing. The decor, the layout, the deer(!) coming right up to the patio...it was a wonderful experience.

This house is so much better than the pictures. The kitchen is a cooks dream. The master bathroom is wonderful!! Pacific Ocean views from maybe every room. It is very clean and it was a relaxing enjoyable stay for our family of 5 for four nights. It is close to the aquarium, Pebble Beach and Carmel - so lots of great places in a short distance. Also, there is a beach right across the street. There were large mule deer that would come into the yard in the evenings and mornings which was wonderful. Maybe one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed in! Did not want to leave and will definitely rent again if we ever come back.

This place was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The golf course was nearby for my parents who enjoy golfing, and it was an ideal location for my husband and kids who love the beach. It was clean, and the night views were especially stunning. We plan to come back next time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the house in Pacific Grove among the dunes. We were visited daily by deer, squirrels, rabbits, and birds in the front and back yards, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching them. The other houses amog the dunes are spread out, so there is a sense of privacy on the deck. The beach was just one street over, viewed from the living room and bedroom as well as easily reached by a quick walk. The house was comfortable with great decor and very clean but could have used more lighting in the master bath, space heaters (due to delayed heating of concrete floors), and some niceties like cozy throws, a full length mirror, and opportunity to compost trash. We appreciated the labels and instructions throughout house but would have like some about recycling. The shower, gas fireplace, and TVs worked well. The laundry center was very appreciated, as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. The property was conveniently close to groceries, gas station, downtown PG, and Monterey Bay Aquarium/Cannery Row, and one hour or less from Big Sur, Point Lobos, Carmel, etc. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend the Pacific Grove Beachouse to all.

Nice size home, clean, with convenient amenities. Ample deer to view as they fed and rested outside the dining room window. Saw at least six bucks, a few does and a couple of fawns. They were our closest neighbors that came around often but never uninvited. The ocean view off the master bedroom was spectacular as well as from the sides. Loved being around the sand dunes with all of the other wildlife. Time well spent! Thank you for your hospitality.

House was recently renovated and had everything you could imagine. Heated floors, amazing view and walking distance to the beach. You can hear the ocean waves at night. We will look for this house in future trips.

We rented the house as a home base for a family trip to Monterey. It's in a perfect location - close to Monterey and to Pacific Grove, Carmel and Big Sur. The house is spectacular! Super clean, easy to check-in, easy to find things in the house, effortless check-out. Great communication with property managers, as well. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at the Boathouse! The home itself if wonderfully decorated, meticulously maintained and extremely well stocked.! We enjoyed watching the deer sitting in the dunes around the house. The location is perfectly located to Asilomar Beach!

Really nice house near the water and very convenient to Pebble Beach, Monterey and Carmel. Private yet easy to get to from the airport. Beautiful views and great floor plan and top quality throughout.Only issue is the internet. Check your carrier to make sure you have adequate coverage. T-Mobile had 1 bar.
