“Staff was great! Breakfast was full meal, sausage, eggs, waffles plus typical extras. Only concern is 4th floor window only had a screen and fully openable window. ”

The only positive interaction we had was with the night staff member, who was kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, we also left a massage gun in our room, and when we called to inquire about it, we were told it wasn’t found. “Very understanding staff”

“I did not get the room that i had booked. Instead i got a hadicaped capable room there where no towls or toiletries and the heater/ac ubit did not work at all. In fact it did not even turn on. ”

“Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee. ”
