“Harbourfront location of hotel was perfect fo us. A bit further away from the downtown and other hotels but the view and convenience of the harbour and boardwalk was amazing. Rooms are large and modern. Restaurant meals were delicious and staff were very courteous and amazingly friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose this hotel again, and highly recommend it! ”

“The room was clean, but very dated. The bathroom is small and the shower is weak. The staff are very knowledgeable and very unfriendly. The location is excellent, I imagine the view from the harbor side is nice. The management is terrible, they do not care about customer service at all, they will upcharge every chance they get. 30 a day for parking, 30 a day if you need a cot, no refunds or discounts if your room is not what you need or for early checkout. ”

“We had a wonderful stay with a stunning ocean view. Our king-size room was perfect—quiet, spacious, and very clean. The warm welcome and attentive service made a big difference; the staff consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel restaurant was excellent as well—we enjoyed breakfast while overlooking the ocean. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience.”

“La struttura, di per sé, avrebbe un grande potenziale, se facessero lavori di ammodernamento. Nelle condizioni attuali sembra di essere nell’Inghilterra degli anni ‘60...senza aver fatto alcuna pulizia nel frattempo! Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche perché le finestre sono state lasciate aperte (e non si potevano chiudere senza arrampicarsi sul letto). Lucernario non completamente oscurabile, con luce negli occhi dalle 5 di Condizioni decadenti e pulizia scarsissima.”

“Customer services was the worst I have ever experienced. Constantly having to move luggage to lockers at own cost. No accommodation for single women putting them in dorm rooms with 5 men. Unsafe”

“I had a stay where the steam room was not working so to make it up to me I recieved a complimentary upgrade. I was so thankful for this as I was celebrating a special occasion. It was magical. ”

“Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again.
