“Being rural and after a long day on the road, I didn’t quite know what to expect rolling down the winding driveway. What unfolded as I entered the property was a welcoming home surrounded by a mixed treed & pastured sloping landscape looking south to Lake Francois. Horses, cows, pigs, chickens all happily going a out their lives in free range enclosures. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Cheryl, is a lovely host and fully represents the wonderful vibe of the property. ...

“The property was perfect for our trip in that it was close to our desired fishing location. The setting is gorgeous and and house is clean and spacious. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with appliances, cookware, utensils, as well as with a large selection of spices, oil, and other supplemental cooking supplies.
