“The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

“A beautiful historic hotel beautiful restored. The room was comfortable and spacious. While the bathroom was small there was plenty of surface space which can sometimes be overlooked in hotel rooms. There is a fantastic restaurant, Toulouse, across the street the offers brunch and late night dining even on week days. The absolute best part though was the wonderful, friendly staff. The gentleman who works as doorman, valet, bell hop was a throwback to a time of gentile hospitality that really...
