“The beds were extremely uncomfortable, lumpy and felt over used. The rooms are old of course, but there is no vent system in the bathrooms and the room was hot. The elevators went down for most of a day which made bringing stuff up and down for a wedding really difficult. It’s a decent hotel and the area is absolutely beautiful but it’s not worth $250 a night.”

“Even lovelier views than expected, and kind and helpful staff all around. Loved how easy they made it to travel with pets; one-time fee and very welcoming to dogs with home-baked treats at the front desk. Nice to have coffee in the lobby in the AMs. Only minor inconvenience was that there’s one microwave on the 3rd floor, versus in-room, but appreciated having mini fridge and electric kettle in room. WiFi not extremely strong/fast but still sufficient for video calls. Had a really cozy stay...

“Property is new and some construction is ongoing. No receptionist or staff after hours. We did not realize that and arrived at the property at night. Got to sleep in our rental car. Reason given by staff that there was a lack of communication was when I reserved through Expedia my cell phone was not provided to them. Nice place. Units are individual tiny houses adjacent to the spa. Clean and maintained. Another negative is that they play elevator music on the property throughout the day and you...

“The pool was clean and amenities were available for use throughout our stay. The only thing that was disappointing was the service at Seaview Cafe. Breakfast orders mixed up, items were missing and slow to come to the table. Front counter staff were exceptionally helpful.”

“Everything was good except the Air conditioning in the room was so loud that neither my wife or I slept at all and I can usually sleep through anything. Something was really wrong with the fan !!! We should have changed rooms but we had been traveling all day and it was late, thought we could make it.. Well zero sleep later ..”
