“The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken. Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel. If I could negative stars, I so would”

“The facilities are really nice in general but the new rooftop hangout is going to really make this hostel stand out when things go back to normal. Such a great place to hangout, have drinks after surfing, watch movies on a rainy day or play play or other games with other travellers! Also loved the location and privacy the beds give you. Feels like your own little room inside your dorm”

“My wife and I had a great experience at the RETREAT RESORT. The staff was amazing, our room was spacious and very clean. We ate at the restaurant every day and the food was good. The pool was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful visit!”
