For the money it met our needs. Rooms where clean with comfortable beds. The down sides were the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was lukewarm and didnt seem to be operating properly. No breakfast offering of any kind.

There was no breakfast offered as the Boathouse was not open Monday morning. We had dinner there and the waiter was awesome. The sandwich I got was dry.
