A short drive away are some of the finest beaches and secluded coves along this coast that are aptly referred to as the ‘seven bays for seven days’.


Approached by a long drive your cottage awaits. Enter into the lounge/kitchen/diner, styled traditionally with original exposed beams and tastefully furnished capturing the character one would expect of a traditional Cornish cottage. The lounge area is a perfect place to relax after a day's adventures, or for those winter breaks cosy up around the wood burner whilst taking in your favourite programmes on the TV. The kitchen area is fully-equipped and provides all the essentials one would expect for your holiday cooking requirements, comprising of electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Off from the lounge/kitchen/diner is one double bedroom and one small double , both styled with a traditional cottage theme that runs throughout the property. The shower room is located on the ground floor and has a shower and WC. From the lounge/kitchen/diner a beautiful pine staircase leads to bedroom number three, a splendid twin room in the attic with an apex ceiling and Velux window capturing estuary views, the perfect den for adults and children alike.


Heading outside the property benefits from a patio area with garden furniture overlooking the ornate pond, with living wildlife full of insects, frogs and newts at certain times of the year and an enclosed garden laid to lawn again with garden furniture.
