• No smoking indoors; outdoor smoking permitted with care (please dispose of butts)
• Grill is guest-maintained—please clean after use
• Please treat the space with respect: bag trash, run the dishwasher, and start laundry before checkout. This helps us keep our cleaning fee low for all guests.
