Tutto bene tranne il fatto che la camera non veniva rifatta e gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati per il resto era tutto perfetto colazione top.

La nostra stanza era al piano P (un livello sotto l'ingresso) vicino alla lavanderia. Abbastanza ampia e arredata in modo adeguato. Presenza di una ottima macchina del caffè/té a capsule, che solo una volta sono state rimpiazzate. Molto rumorosa la prima notte, meglio le 3 successive. Il primo giorno non sono state fatte le pulizie. La colazione è stata ottima la prima mattina con tanta frutta varia. Nei giorni successivi la frutta si è ridotta fino a delle sole arance l'ultima mattina. Servita dalle ore 6:30 AM, troppo tardi rispetto alla esigenze di molti turisti.

Check-in was very rushed, almost as if we were a nuisance. No information given and not welcome at all. The keycard to enter the room did not work and therefore only those with a special pass could open the door. Instead of assigning us a different room, for 3 days each time we had to wait until the receptionist was free to enter the room and ask if she could open the door: how uncomfortable! They said they would fix the problem but after 3 days nothing was done. Even one day we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they didn't know who had the key to open the door. For breakfast, if you arrive before 8.15 am, you probably won't find half of the buffet because the breakfast staff hasn’t fixed everything yet. If, on the other hand, you arrive after 8.30am many things will be finished and therefore not replaced. In the room the fridge initially did not work, the power socket was unplugged and hidden behind the furniture. Once switched on it was very noisy and froze everything. Coffee machine practically not working, reported on the first day and never replaced or repaired. Room cleanliness not up to the standard of a best western. Creaky room floor, stained lamps, stained bathtub. The outdoor swimming pool is only open seasonally but this information is not specified on Expedia, the hot tub should be open all year round, instead was not. Washing machines and dryers dirty and in a very bad condition. Very unsatisfied!

Came to this spot on my honeymoon and was totally underwhelmed. Pros: Great breakfast, nice swimming pools, good location, safe parking Cons: Extremely dated, refrigerator in room didn’t work, room smelt poorly, garbage all around property, many of the elevators were out of order, and sketchy room cleaning staff. I wouldn’t recommend staying here nor would I choose to stay here again.

The bathtub in our room did not drain properly and it ponded. The person above our room seems like it was practicing for a marching band and their steps were very loud, the floor assembly seems wasn’t designed with the proper acoustics in mind.

This property was clean and easily walkable to restaurants in Page. It’s a 10 minute drive from both horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. The selection for breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that the wifi connection was not good at all and we ended up having to hot spot our cell phones and use roaming data.

We stayed here for a few days. We asked for cleaning the second day. Not done. We asked again the second day and was promised cleaning the next day. No one came either. The only cleaning was done on the fourth day. Terrible. In addition, this property hosted multiple bus tours during our stay. It was so crowded in the morning at the breakfast area. One morning, we had to go back to our room and waited for an hour to get breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping did not bring fresh towels for our 2nd day. We had to go to the front desk to get them.

We arrived, tired and weary. We were assigned a room which was not completely done. Maintenance tools all over the floor. I had to call front desk to make it ready. They got what need to be done, a little inconvenient though.

Fantastic hotel, great breakfast. The main thing that kept me giving it 5 stars was the WiFi - slow to non existent. And 5G didn’t work either. When it gets fixed, then it gets up to five stars for me

Page is a small town. Very easy to get this hotel. Staffs are friendly, room is clean and spacious. Walk distance to many local restaurants.

Our room did not have any towels except for one hand towel and the shampoo dispenser was empty. I did not realize this until the morning after the evening we checked in. I asked for towels to be delivered to our room but the young man at the front desk said he was alone and could not leave the desk. So, I fetched them myself. However, the woman checking us out gave us excellent service. I wish I had taken down her name. She had very attractive gray hair and a nice smile.

There was no soap in the bathroom, no watch at the reception and they did not make us aware that because it is so close to UT the cell phones change the time frequently. The food area is ridiculously small for the number of people and there is no room for breakfast

とても静かでお部屋も広く素敵なホテルでした。 プールは冷たく入れませんでしたが、ジャグジーが暖かく気持ちよかったです。 朝食に自分で作るワッフルがあり、いちごジャムやホイップクリームのトッピングなど種類も豊富で、とても美味しかったです。 ホテルのスタッフの方もみなさん親切でした。

Room was not cleaned during stay. Some breakfast food options were depleted during morning meal time. Obvioulsy did not plan for two tour groups staying at the hotel while we were there. Volume of visitors aso caused chaos at the front desk. Systems problems, and staff overwhelmed. Poor planning again by management.

The property and the actual accommodations were fine. One of the staff members at the reception desk I believe her name was Shannon was very rude and condescending. She set the tone for the 2 days we were there. We actually considered checking out a day early but it was too much hassle to cancel reservations there and make new reservations at our next destination so we stayed but she was very rude. Other than her, it was good.

The staff were the best I have ever encountered at a Best Western. Super friendly and helpful on check in. Also the others we encountered around the property were also friendly and polite. The hotel was in a great location for Page and easily walkable to Page's many restaurants. The pool area was excellent.
