Great family get away!

Good location but not so clean

The locator was perfect. The communication was good. However the house smelled . It looked picked up and clean on the surface, but the dining table , stove and counters were dirty, we had to wipe them down and the wipes, especially the one we used on the stove was brown! There was a stain (a ring , not sure if it was liquide ) in the middle of the sheet in the master bedroom. We had to change the sheets, and the sheet smelled like it had been left in the wash for days. All of the towels smelled like mildew. Whoever is supposed to be doing the cleaning obviously is cutting lots of corners. Notified Cody of the smell and he asked that we put water down the drain in the laundry room. We were lucky that it was a short visit , so we just went out to eat and didn’t do much but shower and sleep in the house.

Wonderful!

This property was PERFECT for our family of five! We were wowed the minute we opened the door - It was beautifully appointed, CLEAN, and well-stocked. Cody was an excellent and accommodating host. He offered a lot of great suggestions for our stay in Page and made the check-in/check-out process super easy! The location was great too! Just minutes away from Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and many other beautiful hiking trails. We would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Great property-excellent communication with owner

Cody was one of the best hosts ever. He answered any questions we had within an hour. He provided so much valuable information regarding the area. The place is very clean and has everything. We were within 10 minutes of the 3 places we were going to: Wildnerness River Adventure Raft Float, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon.

Great location for our Lake Powell vacation

We have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years. This home was one of the best. It is a very new home so everything feels new and clean. It had everything we needed for our family of 7. We enjoyed how cool the house stayed with the AC!! We parked the boat in front of the house each night and used Antelope Point to launch each day. The house is only about 10 minutes away from Antelope Point. Cody was great with communication and helpful with anything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.

Excellent spot in Page

Perfect spot for all of Pages activities and close to the activities in Southern Utah! House was immaculate, and very comfortable! Cody was great to work with, provided some fantastic recommendations and was very responsive. We would absolutely rent there and from him again!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and everything was in working order. Ideal location, close to restaurants, grocery store and tours/sites. Cody was a pleasant and very helpful host. I would highly recommend this property to anyone heading to Page.

Clean Cute Place Well Located

We had a great time in Page. We loved the house. Amazing spot to watch the sunset just one black away. Close to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend & Navajo Bridge. Spent the evenings cooking dinner, doing laundry and watching movies. We hope return sometime soon.

Great location!

This house was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do for our 4 night stay. Easy access to restaurants, lake Powell, antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. Plus we drove to Zion and back in a day. House was great and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great experience and wonderful hospitality!

We stayed here for a family vacation to Lake Powell. It was super convenient for travel back and forth to Antelope Point Marina. Owners have been so thoughtful about everything single detail. Property is extremely clean and we loved our stay!

Great Stay

Our family was very comfortable staying at Cody’s property. The home was new, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook almost all of our meals. The washer/dryer was great! The beds were comfy. Thanks for hosting us Cody!
