“Staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The room upgrade was very much appreciated. Our only complaint is that the turn down service was far too early. They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. The patio furniture needed repairing but it was still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was always cleaned well. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The food was very good and well presented. The pools were kept up well. But most impressive was the staff. They were all friendly and very capable especially the servers at the Gold Lounge.”

“This is a hidden gem. The location is lovely. The hotel is updated and spacious with a large pool, hot tub and sauna. Wilbur and Marla (staff) were exceptional. They were warm and welcoming and available to help whenever needed. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in Bermuda but our time at Hillcrest was the exceptional. Thank you ”
