“A friend and I just wanted a getaway and we discovered this gem of a place. The ladies are extremely friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and nestled away from the main city of Pagosa. But it’s just a short drive into town. Breakfast was amazing. ”

“Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties ”

“Our stay was a very good one because Jessica a staff member. There was a mixup when we made the reservation thru Hotel.com, and she was extremely helpful and did an excellent job and made sure we had a place to spend the night. So because of Jessica our stay at Pagosa Lodge was great for the 5 humans and our pet!!”

“Great place for my wife and me: it had everything we needed: large king sized bed, separate living area, kitchen with all appliances, and full bath. The house was within walking distance of downtown, the river and hot springs, as well as some great eateries. Access was easy despite highway construction.”

“Loved this property and would go back. However, we didnt have any idea where in the building to enter nor which doors which codes went to. I put this more on Expedia than the property itself however as I assume this is Expedia not passing along pertinent details. Within the building there were multiple coded doors. We just kept trying the code until we found a door it worked on. Downtown is under major construction so that might kill the vibe for some people, but we thoroughly enjoyed our...
