Staff was courteous at Check in. The ability to text questions was helpful! Beautiful suites! Enjoyed it all. The water in the shower was a little off and on with warmth but nothing to complain about. Still great!

The Springs Resort & Spa
The hotel room was beautiful, the food at the Wild Finch was delicious, staff were incredible, the pools were perfect, and the wellness activities were rejuvenating. It was a great winter vacation.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no wash cloths provided. The ceiling in the bathroom started leaking and a huge water bubble formed above the tub area.
