“Mum & I loved our 2 week stay thanks to the team who looked after us so well. Good room size. Good location right next to the lift for Mum. Friendly Room Service where they even made us something not on the menu. Generous portions. Restaurant Service downstairs was more casual but a great place to mingle and get to know the staff. I was particularly touched by the care they all showed my octogenarian Mum. Between the other hotels in the same family, we were looked after so well that you'd think...

“NIGHTMARE. In every way. Dirty, LOUD, uncomfortable, unsafe area. Room was dirty, no hot water, uncomfortable dirty linen bed, pathetic pillows. No dark-out drapes as advertised. Ceiling had a pulsing LED light throughout the night and loud ceiling fan. Room door key fob was broken to put key in room wall slot to start electricity, they told me to use a breaker box with switches on hallway wall to turn room power on. VERY old and beat/up building with ZERO quiet. Staff and their friends...
