“ottima accoglienza riservataci dall apadrona di casa, stanza piccola ma arredata con buon gusto, bagno in camera minimalista ma non chiedevamo di più per passare una sola notte in due. unica vera grande pecca il riscaldamento, o meglio la sua assenza: stanza freddissima, riscaldabile solo con un calorifero elettrico che, pur essendo rimasto acceso tutta la sera non ha scaldato sufficientemente la piccola stanza. problemi anche a regolare la temperatura della doccia. Per il resto colazione...

“Lovely guest house. Made to feel very welcome. Room was lovely, clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and ample. Would recommend this place to stay. ”

“The best way to describe the Great Western is with the two words, quaint and quirky! The house is in the middle of a massive re-vamp, but that did not impinge on my stay, which was short, but long enough to form a very positive opinion. My room was clearly re-purposed, with the en-suite bolted on, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom fittings were quite new and of a good standard. “Sarah & Marc met us as we arrived with a drink & a chat to welcome us. The room with en-suite was beautifully decorated, clean & quiet. The breakfast menu was very varied with fruit, cereals, juice etc to start, and a varied menu with plenty of choice for the main course, beautifully cooked. Would highly recommend. Thank you both for a lovely stay”

“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”
