“Firstly, £15 a day for the privilege of parking at the hotel and it’s on a first come first serve basis, is more the norm now bits it’s appalling, if you go out your not guaranteed your spot once returned. Tv didn’t work until I asked twice for it to be sorted and the fridge didn’t work and didn’t get sorted. However, it’s a lovely new/clean and well designed hotel. Comfy bed, lovely on suite and a great location for Paignton and close by Torquay. Overall we would go again!”

“My room was very clean and it was easy to obtain supplies if needed. The housekeeping team was friendly and the quality of their work was excellent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice although I would have preferred the option of fried or poached eggs and some hash browns. All the staff were helpful and friendly.”

“ottima accoglienza riservataci dall apadrona di casa, stanza piccola ma arredata con buon gusto, bagno in camera minimalista ma non chiedevamo di più per passare una sola notte in due. unica vera grande pecca il riscaldamento, o meglio la sua assenza: stanza freddissima, riscaldabile solo con un calorifero elettrico che, pur essendo rimasto acceso tutta la sera non ha scaldato sufficientemente la piccola stanza. problemi anche a regolare la temperatura della doccia. “The room itself was clean and tidy Staff were very friendly Breakfast needs looking at running out of eggs sausages with a full hotel is not good enough. Took ages to be served waiting in a queue. Saturday evening lift broke still broken Sunday morning lots of older people struggling to get upstairs not nice to see .Apart from this we had a nice weekend .”
