We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. “It was a lovely property very close to the beach and Paignton 10 minute walk into centre. It was on a busy road which was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed it was fine. We were provided with a fan which kept us really cool. I would recommend this place.
