“The property has been in the owners family since the 1500s. The place was rustic and quaint. Very quiet. It is literally in the middle of the woods. We were there for Ironman race in Lahti, so it was a bit far out for the event. There is limited accommodations in Lahti for an event this size. “Das Haus ist geräumig, wenn auch sehr hellhörig, die beiden Schlafzimmertüren kann man nicht verlässlich oder leicht schließen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet zur Selbstversorgung. Das WC mit dem einzigen Waschbecken mit Spiegel zum Rasieren ist sehr klein. Toll ist die Sauna mit der Dusche direkt daneben. Schön ist der Kamin. Kein WLAN im Haus. Keine Waschmaschine, Waschmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort, Sysmä, sind eher beschränkt. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist in diesem Haus genau richtig!”
