“Overall we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and things being in slight disrepair. Hair all over, dirty dishes, bathroom dirty, blinds off the rail etc. It immediately makes it hard to feel comfortable when it is dirty.To enter there are 5 doors, multiple door codes etc. This was difficult for my grandma to manage on her own. “Beautiful, spacious, perfectly located apartment. Our family had a great time! Beds were comfortable, water pressure great. There were instructions for everything (except for the towel warmers we never did figure out how to put them on) Gillian offered to troubleshoot but it was fine without. Gillian was great at communicating and getting back to me. I would absolutely stay here again. ”
