“Really clean hotel and amazing staff. Front desk always available and will always help. Need transportation to airport, it’s easy to setup with front desk. Easy to get to the city centre from hotel. We stayed for 5 days and our room getting cleaned every day. Will stay again here.”

“Comodo hotel di eccellente qualità nei pressi della stazione tram, il quale arriva in poco tempo nei punti più importanti della città. Zona abbastanza tranquilla e non eccessivamente trafficata. SPA/palestra attrezzate, pulite e in ottime condizioni. Colazione ricca che soddisfa variegate esigenze. Unico punto debole la doccia, dalla quale fuoriusciva l'acqua poiché non si chiudeva bene la porta di vetro. Per il resto altamente soddisfatte!”

“The location of the hotel is close to touristic places such as Taksim, Eminonu and Balat and very close to public transportation stations. Two minutes from the beach. There is parking and it is free, which is perfect, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room with the balcony was full, it has a very nice view, I hope I will choose the room with the balcony next time.”

Non adeguata all’hotel la qualità della cucina del ristorante situato al roof (peraltro con bella vista sul corno d’oro) il cui personale è risultato gentile e disponibile. Non ho utilizzato la SPA. "I am fully satisfied with my stay at Richmond hotel. Fast check in, kind personnel speaking english language. Large and cleaned room, comfortable bed, bathroom with wide shower, compliments food and water. Despite the window on the crowed Istiklal Kaddesi, it was very noiseless room. AC powerful. Breakfast rich and various. All was ok.
The position is wonderful close the south ending of Istiklal Caddesi and Galata tower, full of shops, restaurants and elegant cafès, with rapid access to Galata bridge.
I think I will come back here next time in Istanbul.
