“We enjoyed our stay very much. The grounds are so peaceful and beautiful. The only problem we had was no access to ice (nor an ice bucket in our room). We had to go to front desk to ask for it and take it back to room. Other than that small inconvenience, it was a lovely stay.”

“Stinky stinky room and hallways. Carpets were wet from cleaning but smelled like they’d been cleaned with a dirty machine. Smell of mold. Carpet nails sticking out. Toilet wobbled. Shower was gross but the water was hot at least.”

“Room was not well cleaned, floor was filthy and in need of good vacuum cleaning. We discovered bed bugs in the corner of one bed and in the pull out couch. Horrified asked for another room on another floor as it was past time to get our kids to bed. Asked for a refund for the terrible experience and shocking bedbug exposure. We were reassigned to a 3rd floor room which was extremely hot but at least no bugs after thoroughly inspecting. The front desk told us the manager would reach out to us...

“I didnt like the smell in the lobby or the strip lights in the room. The bathroom looked like the bathtub had been refinished poorly and not cleaned behind the bathroom door. The pool looked like it hadn't been open for years. There were bricks in the bottom with no water. We arrived about 1:00 and she did let us check in use til 3:00. When leaving the parking lot the road was so busy that you had to wait forever before you could make a right turn. You couldn't turn left from there because of...
