Hotel vicino a Palazzo Bernstorff - Copenaghen

“Probably the only hotel in Lyngby. Modern, minimalist facility, but not worthy of being classified as a 4-star. Small rooms without minimal equipment (wardrobe, bath mat, small toiletries). Breakfast sufficient but too repetitive for someone like me who stayed 6 days. Cleanliness is also minimalist, lots of dust on the furniture never cleaned. One day they didn't even redo the room.”

“Terrible stay, the cabin was dirty even the blanket. All the structure was very dirty, the shower very small. The position is great, right in the middle pf the city, near the Tivol Park.”

“The digital check in can be a bit confusing. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow and slanted. We had three people in the room, which was comfortable. No A/C, so you have to open the windows which are above an alley used by the restaurant below and they create a lot of noise when they close and start dumping all thier trash. There was construction happening on the ground floor of the building, and they started up their tools at exactly 0800a everyday, making sure you get up to the saws...

“Ho passato tre notti a Copenaghen soggiornando da Bob W e non posso che consigliare tale struttura. Zona non centralissima ma molto tranquilla ed ottimamente collegata con la metro a 5 minuti e supermercato a meno di 150 metri. Il mini appartamento era fornito di tutto il necessario X cucinare, frigorifero, TV 42" ed un comodo letto. L'unica cosa che non mi ha fatto impazzire è stata la doccia con solo un mezzo vetro di protezione....il bagno si allagava sempre un po' anche facendo attenzione....

“We arrived late at 2.30am. I was travelling with my autistic child. First thing we found was an injection needle (used, you could see the blood on it). I was really in shock and informed the team via phone. He told us, it is not possible to get another room or to remove it until next morning. (My child was crying all the time). As we had 4 hours delay because of a cancelled train, we only arrived in the night and my child has to sleep. So we decided to stay and looked forward to get a new room...

“A little hidden from Nordhavn metro, but very nicely done, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. About 25 minutes by metro from Copenhagen airport. ”

“Camera spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa, con vista mare. Letto comodissimo e confortevole. Spazi comuni spaziosi e accoglienti, personale disponibile con servizio deposito bagagli gratuito. Le bici a noleggio sono utili pee spostarsi verso il centro non proprio vicinissimo, comunque raggiungibile con la metro,,la cui fermata è a pochi minuti a piedi. Sicuramente consigliato.”

“Everything barring the bathroom was fine. The bathroom was so terrible that it pulled down the rating for the overall property. The drain for the shower and the washbasin was the same and water used to come out of the drain while taking a shower. Also, the shower curtain was pretty filthy - did not want to even touch it. ”
