Hotel vicino a Palazzo di Maratha - Thanjavur

“Amazing place to stay. Build in 2025, so all new modern style fixture. Helpful staff”

“Excellent”

“La camera ”

“wifi is choppy ; otherwise good place with decent breakfast. Recommended ”

“Staff was very courteous and did the best they could but the place was poorly staffed. Restaurant was insufficiently staffed and did not offer menu items for dinner - instead offered a some items verbally to choose from. Room was not lighted well, insufficient towels, liquid soap bottles unmarked. Coffee machine was there but no coffee. Overall not a pleasant experience - it was far from being a luxury hotel and overpriced for what the hotel offered.”

“Staff not cooperative. There is no elevator so it’s not elderly or physically disabled friendly Paid for different given different room offer no refund or apologies ”

“i went there with my family last week. I prioritised the property as per the reviews in Google and other sites about the property. I got 4.3 rating in almost every sites. But now I am thinking that if this hotel have the rating 4.3 in 5, what is the conditions of other hotels at Thanjavur. Cleanliness is very poor. Glasses placed inside the hototel rooms are not at all clean. The most terrible thing is they the hotel staffs have no idea about the booking and changes we need in rooms as we...

“nice people”

“Never again ”

“Property says that the booking is not visible to them and no room was allocated since all rooms were booked, struggled with 6 month baby to find another property, trying with Expedia customer care to get the refund and didn't get updates from them. Really had a worst experience with the booking.”

“👍”

“Do not book this hotel. It does not exist and you will be stranded in an awful area of an awful city.”

“It’s bad and horrible experience. Checked out in hour after check in due to bad conditions of room and fouling smells ”
