“The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs.
The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall.”

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The on-site restaurant is very good.
You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, and to the old town in 20-25 minutes. San Sebastian is a beautiful and safe city. I would certainly stay here again.”

"The hotel is very tastefully furnished and decorated. It's located in the center of San Sebastian, close to restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable."
"Non capisco chi definisce “favoloso” un hotel datato e con aspetti poco piacevoli come una moquette nel corridoio davvero sporca, macchiata e vecchia. L’hotel che nella parte sotto é un condominio, é davvero vecchio con interni un po ristrutturati e un po’ no. La camera, piccola, presenta mobili dozzinali datati. Il bagno (con vasca doccia) davvero vecchio, piccolo con lavandino piccolo. Assurde queste vasche quando una doccia fatta bene risolverebbe almeno problemi di spazio e igiene. Non so se mi posso fidare di certe valutazioni che indicano come ottimo, favoloso, dove non c’è nemmeno un buon rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, in una città cosí bella e ben tenuta, questo era probabilmente uno degli edifici piú brutti. Sorry"

Lo staff é stato sempre super gentile , lo abbiamo molto apprezzato.
Anche palestra e spa sono ottime, unica pecca secondo me é che manca la possibilità di ordinare un drink quando sei a bordo piscina ma parliamo davvero di piccolezze.
Tornassi a San Sebastián , lo sceglierei senza dubbio . "

Camera spaziosa e letto molto confortevole.colazione a 20 € per persona, buffet ma decisamente non a buon mercato. Assortimento del buffet buono, ma a questi prezzi non posso concepire un socco di arancio conservato....non in Spagna almeno.
