“五星級酒店一定有指定的服務質素。 但我今次要特別讚一位大堂經理。名字叫Eric, 當我在最後一天退房時，行李特別多及忙亂時遇到他真是很好。 不但主動行過來幫我推行李，還很親切地幫我安排行李上到預訂的私家車上。 他的服務已經超越了他的工作範圍。 但是很主動及有禮貌協助我。當刻覺得非常感激。 還有我是住在4322房，執房姐姐也很好，很有禮貌，十分親切。我下次到長春一定再來住在長春凱悅酒店。 ”

“エクスペディヤで予約を入れましたがデイズホテルのHPと住所が違い戸惑いました。正しいのは１２５５号です。
ホテルではウェルカムフルーツとしてみかん・梨が初日に出ました。
部屋も広く館内暖房で部屋の暖房を切っても２８度。暑かったです。日本ではないので壁が浮いて変色している所もありましたが愛嬌ですね。ハウスキーパーの方も毎日歯ブラシやスリッパ迄使った分の補充がされます。
チェックアウト当日雪が降っており空港までの高速道の状況やフライト状況まで調べてくださり中国の国際化を感じたのもつかの間お願いしたタクシーは流しのタクシーを拾うことから始まり２０分掛かりました。外温ー１２度で私たちも外で待ちぼうけ・・・
タクシーの事さえなければ★５あげたい位なんですけどねぇ

“I usually stay at the nearby Shangri-la. But Shangqri-la wanted too much money this trip. So I gave Days Hotel a try. Days Hotel is located in middle of downtown, on 8th floor of luxury shopping mall.
I was happy with my choice. Staff upgraded me to a suite. Also, staff was attentive. They jumped to attention everytime I approached one.
Everything was fine at the hotel. No complaints. Good fitness facility. Complimentary buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. Buffet breakfast...

“The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points.
But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel.
