“We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts”

“Best hotel we stayed at in our 3 weeks in Italy by far! Lovely staff, beautiful pool and comfortable and clean rooms. Also literally right beside the beach but we didn’t even bother because the pool was so nice. They can arrange dinner reservations and rides for you along with an airport shuttle. Truly a wonderful stay.”

“What a lovely space. We arrived around 11 at night by taxi and were having difficulty getting in. I phoned the owner and he answered the phone and assisted us immediately. We had the best sleep of our travels thus far. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect bathroom and coffee facilities. Close to the central part of town. Highly walkable.”

“They go for luxury but fail on the basics. The wow factor double jet bath drained very slowly subsequently leaving a layer of scum at the bottom of the tub. Watching said crud squirt from the jets on first activation was a very unpleasant experience. Worse was the fact the door to the room did not lock meaning anyone who could access the hotel could walk in. The obvious fear being theft of valuables while out. However, there was the added fear of someone walking in and immedialty seeing you...
