“We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome”

“We brought my mom to Rome for the first time & she wanted to stay in a neighborhood versus the real touristy areas. This place is well taken care of & is just what she wanted. The neighborhood is peaceful with lots of local foods, groceries & coffee shops within walking distance. We walked from the villa to the Colosseum & around Rome. It's not real close but the beauty you see along the way is so worth it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom & AC, should you need it. I suspect the only complaint...

“Villa Hygge was perfect. Our large group aged 9 months to 69 years old couldn’t have found a better place to stay while in Rome. It was definitely an Oasis tucked about from the city chaos. “Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil.”

“This property is amazingly beautiful! The pool was clean & refreshing and was overall just wonderful. It was so worth it to stay here. Vittorio was super great at communicating and helping in anyway. There is a lemon tree by the pool that was so delicious to squeeze into water. We would very much like to stay here again and highly recommend this house and hospitality! We were sad to leave it, but great memories were made here - my 5 year old learned to swim in the pool! ”

“We had a short stay with a large family group. The house was an old, fascinating building-but clean and functional.. Definitely good for groups who need some space to spread out. We enjoyed the garden terraces and the hot tub in the lovely spring weather. The location is close to the sights of downtown Roma, but removed enough to provide a peaceful respite after sightseeing.”
