This home is newly renovated with high-end finishes, appliances, furniture and decor! This property is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the kitchen is fully stocked! Just 15 minutes to PBI.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The outdoor area is fully equipped with a heated saltwater pool outside of the kitchen, grill and grill utensils, outdoor TV, bar area with stools, large dining table, lounge chairs, a firepit and bistro lights! Gorgeous updated and tropical landscaping surrounds the pool area creating privacy and a sense of calm.

Two king sized beds, two queen sized beds, and 3.5 bathrooms.

Five smart TV’s throughout the home, open floor plan, dining table and island, workspace with monitor, and laundry area.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped, high-end stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a Wolfe induction cooktop, quartz countertops, dishwasher, microwave, Vitamix, toaster, food processer, knife set, dishware and flatware, coffee maker and coffee provided, plus all the kitchen tools you could need!

This home is centrally located to everything! Need help finding things to do? We can assist you in scheduling fishing charters, at-home massages, golf cart rentals, etc. You can also refer to our manual for recommendations.

HOUSE RULES

We have a strict no party policy. This home has a maximum capacity of 8 people. Any more than 8 people without approval will result in eviction. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No loud music inside or outside of the house at any time. No smoking anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $400 fee. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Violation of any of these rules will result in eviction.

The driveway holds a maximum of 4 cars which is more than enough for up to 8 guests. If cars are parked in the yard or on the street, this usually means there is more than 8 people in the home. Cars parked on the street will be towed. Cars parked in the yard will be charged $100 per car.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Use of the pool heater is $25 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to use the pool heater during your stay!
