- Please be advised that the condo is strictly non-pet-friendly.

- Guests need to provide the full names of those who need to enter the gate after 9 pm to be added to the list. Failure to do so may result in denied entry or being escorted to the unit by security,

- Longer-term rentals are available, and discounts are offered for extended stays.

- Guests are required to sign the Renters' Agreement to gain access to the PGA National. This is an HOA requirement.

Please note that the HOA does not permit trucks or pickup trucks to park in the general parking areas. Vehicles in violation are subject to fines imposed by the HOA.
