“Very clean, helpful staff”

“The staff were amazing, nice clean room with a balcony. Close to alot of amenities. The food at the hotel bar was amazing.”

“Given the price of a one-night stay, breakfast is not included and would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, I was told that the shuttle driver "decides" whether or not to transport you to the airport. Given the hotel's standing and caliber, it would be beneficial for visitors to have this choice, particularly if they have already had to pay for several Lyfts or Ubers during their trip.”

“The hotel was under renovation but did not take away from a very clean, welcoming staff, good breakfast and quiet rooms at night and comfy bed. Shower water pressure was very light is my negative and that parking was $10 each night not sure why was not in an area that was needed to pay.”

This alone was unacceptable, but the situation became much worse after I developed painful skin irritation and open sores during my stay. I am extremely concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety due to unsanitary conditions.
