Highly recommended, gorgeous condo in the heart of Palm Beach.I booked this last minute and had an incredible stay. The vintage architecture of the Palm Beach Historic Hotel was an incredible historic gem.The owner was very responsive & reliable. The inside of the condo was beautiful in upscale classy beach style decor.Loved the kitchen, mini living room,gorgeous bedroom,stunning shower in bathroom.Condo was complete with stunning juliet balcony overlooking a side view of the Breakers resort and beautiful area.Front desk people were so friendly and kind. I have been blessed in my travel career to tour the top resorts,hotels,condos in the islands and Florida. I had a truly wonderful experience of staying at this condo.i will book it again.close to coffee shop, publix,stores popular shopping areas.Just loved it! Excellent

I stay in the building every year. First time with this unit. It is a little bigger than most of the other units and you could close the door between the living room and bedroom. Unit was well stocked with supplies, which is nice. It’s a really nice little unit. we love the little balcony Will definitely stay again. Great communication and the property manager was there a check in she was very nice and accommodating.

Great location

Well run, friendly building with nice pool in a perfect location. Two blocks to the beach, Publix across the street, good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable one bedroom apt with kitchen and full sized refrigerator.

Balm Beach Weekend

This building is located in a very convenient location. The unit itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a great home away from home for a long weekend. I will be back!

Perfect location, great renovation

Former Palm Beach part time resident who came back after 3 years to see old friends. Unexpectedly stayed 15 days. This apartment has been beautifully renovated in a thoughtful way with ample closet space, great ceiling lighting, comfortable bed and charming, tiny balcony off the bedroom area. Great bathroom with two shower heads and plenty of drawers under sink. etc Fridge and microwave are mostly what I used but there is a coffee maker and tea kettle etc. Toaster oven a bit complex to use. The building laundry is down a steep flight of stairs off first floor lobby and only accessible via stairs. Plenty of towels provided. Beach chairs behind the couch. It would be nice to have a little chair or stool that would fit on the (small) balcony.. Beach scene of dunes is now over the couch and very relaxing to look at from the bed. Location is within steps of Publix, drugstores , bakery and excellent restaurants. Near beach too. Apartment is quiet and building maintenance staff is responsive as is the superb owner who answered numerous questions promptly. Keypad lock on the door convenient. Pool is warm which is great. And the hallways are very long in this historic hotel, so it's convenient this 3rd floor apartment is near the trash room and not far from the elevators. Very easy to use a Lyft in PB if you do not come with a car. The island is way more crowded in season than it was three years ago. Parking is complicated everywhere but the building now has a valet service. Front desk staff is super accommodating and you can get packages, food deliveries. Ideal place to stay, and I hope to come back ASAP (but California is pretty far away.)

Wonderful place in perfect location

We have never been to Palm Beach and loved the convenience of this location. Easy to get to the beach and easy to enjoy the pool, shopping, and nearby good restaurants. The owner has thought about everything you could need and was very communicative since we had a lot of questions. As previous people have mentioned, the building lobby could use a facelift (musty as others have mentioned), the place itself is perfectly appointed and fresh. Terrific, terrific, and if we are in town again, we will stay there. Side note, wonderful coffee shop just 1/2 block away - Chik-munk.

Weekend Getaway

Such an amazing stay. Great location and easy access to everything in Palm Beach. Condo was very clean and updated. Everything seems brand new. Overall 10/10!!

Perfect Location on PB; lovely condo

Loved my stay here. Beach is at the end of the street, Lake Trail at the other end. Even shorter walk to Green's Pharmacy for a big breakfast. French bakery on ground level (ran into Kelsey Grammer last week here). 1 block from Breakers tennis and golf! Condo is mostly all new and includes the small appliances and full sized fridge you need for 10 days. 3rd floor; looks out onto Echo restaurant area. I like that other visitors left unopened food items for others to use and mostly full condiments despite Publix is across the street; made it nice. Condo came with a bike, helmet and lock. Building is older which means it is soundproof -- busy street but I heard nothing! Pool and lounge area are clean and well-kept. Great wifi. What else do you want to know (or need)?
