Dogs are allowed, under 20 lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. Service pets are accepted free of charge. Service pets are defined by the ADA as being required for the wellbeing of the owner. They do not bark, they must be with their owner at all times and they provide a medically required service. Emotional support animals are not service pets.
