Luminoso, luminoso e pulito appartamento in stile Key West in stile situato nel cuore storico del centro di West Palm Beach. Una strada pittoresca e tranquilla a pochi passi da un bellissimo parco (parco per cani / parco giochi / tennis). Situato vicino a tutto (spiaggia, shopping, ristoranti.) Completamente attrezzato con cucina, una suite matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale con ampio armadio, lavanderia, zona pranzo, soggiorno con TV HD e sala da pranzo privata all'aperto con grill. Adam’s cottage was super clean and well equipped. He and his family live on the property, but the cottage is fully fenced in, secluded and private. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The location is ideal- an easy walk to the Norton Museum, Kravis Center and City Place with a large park ( perfect for walking the pups) at the end of the street. One thingy to keep in mind- the cottage is tiny. We found it a bit cramped for a two week stay, but Adam and his family made us feel very welcome!

Quiet cottage in great location

Historic Jewel

The cottage is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood of West Palm that is a very special place. The cottage is bright and beautiful with an enchanting garden and Adam has thought of everything to make one's stay comfortable and easy and it was spotless. We our especially grateful that our fur kids are welcome and they were so content. Our best friends just moved to Palm Beach and we plan on returning time and again when available. Great four week stay

Property was in a beautiful historical area. Very walkable, safe, quiet with lovely homes. We could walk to Rosemary Square, the Kravis Centre & the Norton Museum of Art. Enjoyed being able to barbecue & sit outside.

Adorable cottage in a beautiful neighbourhood of west Palm Beach!

We loved our stay at Adam and Sara’s adorable cottage. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our lengthy stay. The neighbourhood was beautiful with a large park just across the street. Within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. Just a 5 minute drive to Palm Island and close to many beaches including a great off leash dog beach. Adam was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Palm Beach Cottage

The Cottage is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The layout is cozy but adequate size for two. It’s well stocked including an invaluable guide book for the area. The host was responsive to questions. While we enjoyed our week, we unfortunately have to point out several difficulties. We were disappointed that the furniture was simply not comfortable. And the patio was just too shady and damp for use even when the sun was out. Off street parking was not available as advertised.

Perfect for a couple

It was very easy on VRBO. Adam was very responsive in answering our questions. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bath. He thought of every detail even k cups for the Kerrigan coffee pot.

Awesome 50th Birthday Stay in West Palm Beach

This was my 2nd time staying at this particular cottage in West Palm Beach. As before, it was an outstanding experience. This cottage is so cute with everything needed for the perfect stay including ease of access, close proximity to the beach, great restaurants and amenities. We will certainly return. This cottage is cozy and the perfect size for 2 people. Be sure to dine at Table 26 restaurant for a great outdoor dining experience and Happy Hour within a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the cottage located on Dixie Hwy (US 1). We were in WPB celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. It was his first visit to the area. He had a blast and is HOOKED. We can't wait to return again next year.

Perfect bungalow in a cute neighborhood

We loved staying at Adams place for 20 days and wish we could have stayed longer! The house is the perfect place for two- located in a great neighborhood just a short walk/drive/bike ride to a plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. Adam was super accommodating and let us check in a bit early/check out an hour late. We hope to be back soon.

Adorable Cottage

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is so well decorated and clean. Loaded with everything you need. We come to west palm often to visit family, but they don’t allow dogs. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank You Adam for a great place.

Awesome stay in West Palm Beach!!!

Just what I needed for a short vacay in WPB. Close to everything. Rented a car to learn the lay of the lay of the land since this was my first visit to the area. But next time, I will definitely spend more time on the bikes that were available on property. The owner was very helpful and always provided timely responses to my questions.

Grateful for Property Owner’s response

My father experienced a heart attack 5 days before we were supposed to Travel to this property. While Dad was stabilized fairly quickly, we couldn’t leave him alone. The property owner allowed us to cancel within a short term period of our arrival and refunded most of our $$ back. We were so appreciative and relieved to have a kind and understanding person during what was a crisis for our family (Cdn’s travelling in US at time of heart attack). We hope to go this locale in the future and ideally stay at this beautiful property and ideally meet the owner.
