Guests have private access to the entire estate and outdoor areas well as the private dock, a games room, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to a washing machine and dryer in
the laundry.

The home is located within the picturesque Palm City that offers the best of both worlds with an
oceanside city for shopping and dining out and beautiful parks with hiking trails, biking, scenic canals
and waterways.
Stock up on supplies at the Kanner Crossing Plaza just a 15-minute drive from the house with a
Publix Supermarket and the charming Galaxy Diner for when coffee and pancakes are on the menu.
If you love golf, then this is the place for you with dozens of courses all just 15/20 minutes from your
door then after a day on the green, enjoy dinner out on the town with many great restaurants
surrounding the beautiful St Lucie River.
There are several breathtaking parks nearby including the Halpatiokee Regional Park just a 10-
minute drive away where you can bring your own kayak or canoe and explore the South Fork of the
St. Lucie River.
Leighton Park is 15 minutes away at the base of the Palm City Bridge on the St. Lucie River which
offers a playground, picnic tables, a fishing pier, boat ramps, grills, and a scenic walking path.
Lance Corporal Justin Wilson Memorial Park right in the heart of Palm City features four
playgrounds, picnic tables, shelters, an observation tower, nature trails, tennis courts, racquetball
courts, a basketball court, and an area to play a classic game of horseshoes.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking for multiple vehicles included with your stay.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft with cars available at all times of the day and
night.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 6 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 10 am

4. A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
