All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is an added fee for pool heat pool October 1-April 30 of $50/per night. The pool will be heated to 84 degrees. Please be advised this temp will fluctuate based on the ambient temperatures locally. Heat pumps in Florida will only heat to about 15-20 degrees above the ambient temperatures. 72 hour notice prior to check in is required.

Great get away

The home was great for a short getaway. It was in a nice neighborhood not too far from stores and restaurants. Had everything you would need except beach towels. The closest public beach is 6 miles to Jungle Hut Park. There are several other public beaches a little further away. You have to pay a toll to get to the beach. If you go to the beach often, get a Hammock Dunes bridge card.

The house is lovely. The pool was advertised as being heated. It was not. I paid an additional fee to have the pool heated. The pool was freezing. The local team NEVER responded (still hasn't) to address the issue. I am very disappointed.

Small Business Trip

We rented this home for five days and four nights, but upon arrival—an hour after check-in—the yard maintenance crew was still present, which detracted from our initial experience. Vacasa was contacted and resolved the issue promptly. During our stay, we encountered several concerns. First, upon opening the bedroom sliding glass door curtains, the pool maintenance arrived without notice, which was unsettling. Additionally, the doors in the screened pool area do not lock, which could be uncomfortable for some guests. On the second day, someone knocked at the door and left a note, but we chose not to engage. The note later disappeared, presumably collected by someone without our awareness. Another issue arose with the master bedroom’s ceiling A/C vent, which unexpectedly dripped water while we were sitting on the bed. Lastly, while the property’s images were beautiful, they were somewhat misleading, as the home, particularly the pool area, was smaller than anticipated. Overall, despite these issues, the property still deserves a rating of 9.5 out of 10 due to Vacasa’s swift resolution and the general quality of the home.

Highly recommend!

We cannot recommend this property highly enough! We set out exploring as soon as we arrived and we were very pleased with the house and pool. Everything was very clean and ready to use. It was exactly like the pictures show on Vacasa. We settled in quickly and it felt like home. The pool was amazing! We spent a lot of time in it and the pool toys got a lot of use. We have three older teenagers and they loved their stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the grill outside was perfect for our suppers. We could tell a lot of thought went into the preparation of the home and we appreciated it all. There’s plenty of towels for both inside and for the pool. The master bedroom is incredible! Lots of space, the ensuite is huge and was fun to use. We did all our eating outside at the table under the covered space. The neighbourhood is very quiet and we felt safe going for walks every evening.
