This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, a brand new home is located next to the beautiful Palm Harbor Golf Course. Section C. The best one-stop destination for all things dining, shopping, and entertainment in Palm Coast: European Village is only 1.2 miles away. Beautiful Jungle Hut Park beach is 2.5 miles away. Flagler beach is 9 miles away. Dayton Beach is 28 miles away. Popular attractions like the Daytona International Speedway, historical St. Augustine, and Disney World in Orlando are also close by. Enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and have fun with the whole family in this brand-new and relaxing home.
The Master and second guest bedrooms feature brand-new King-size mattresses. Your children will be thrilled to see their bedroom equipped with their own Roku-TV, 2 desks, and 2 twin beds; beds that could work for adults as well (provided they want to sleep on a twin). Also there's a sofa-bed in living room.
The home is spacious enough for the whole family, up to 8 people, and there is space for everyone! Extra sheets and blankets can be found in the closets. The comfortable kitchen is equipped with a microwave, full-size fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. Very ample living room with 55 Roku-TV with Netflix, Hulu apps.
There is a huge, beautiful lanai overlooking the golf course, an outdoor sitting area with a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining table, and chairs for 6 people.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, bath and beach towels, bedding, blankets, linens, a hairdryer, an ironing board, etc.
Whether you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be satisfied with your stay.
The neighborhood is quiet so that guests can relax and recharge. The home is located 9 miles from Flagler Beach and 28 miles from Daytona Beach. Popular attractions like the Daytona International Speedway, historical St. Augustine, and Disney World in Orlando are close by. There's something for everyone staying on Palm Coast!
Please note: There is a mother-in-law quarter attached to the home, however, your space is COMPLETELY private. NO shared entrances or spaces.

Nice and Clean

The house it’s amazing . Spacious clean andComfortable. The area it’s great if you like golf they have a golf course right at the end of the street and is super affordable and in good conditions. There is a mother in law apartment attached but at any point of our stay we felt like there was some one there. I have to meet the lady and she was super nice to me. The owner was very communicative and he send me all of the information on time . Please read all of the information when you receive it since there is important info about parking and regulations. I will recommend 100% to stay here

We found the house comfortable except for height of toilet seats, They were short and not easy to get up from. Even a 6' 5" nephew commented about their height, Would be wonderful for handicapped person if toilets were taller.

Enjoyed our stay!

We chose to stay here as our (large) family was celebrating Christmas Eve at a relative’s house nearby in the neighborhood. This property was the perfect location for us. Everything was nice and neat and as described. Our group of 4 adults had plenty of room here and we would absolutely return again.

Cute house

Needed a place to stay for a music festival to rest at night. House looks new. Perfect for us. House was clean. Had everything and more that we needed for our stay. Easy check in. Plenty of space for 3 adults. 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms so was a plus! Highly recommend. We did not venture much in Palm Coast since we were busy in Daytona during the day but did while going to the grocery ( which was super close) store did see plenty of places to eat etc. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Trip

The unit was awesome very clean and very convenient to everything in town. It was a sad trip for my family and I due to the circumstances on why we had to be there. The owner was very understanding with certain requests and it was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying in this home if you are traveling to Palm Coast. I will have to come back soon and I hope the unit is available so I can rent it out again. They provide pretty much everything that you will need in the home. Awesome Awesome place. Thank you.
