Every corner of this exquisite home is designed with your ultimate vacation experience in mind. From elegant primary suite with a king-sized reclining bed, queen-size reclining bed, spa-like bathroom to the inviting family room. You will find comfort and modern amenities throughout. The outdoor living area is a true highlight, complete with a screened-in pool area, lounge chairs, and a dining table for al fresco meals under the stars.

Our property is located between vibrant Daytona Beach and historic St. Augustine, offering a blend of beach fun and rich history. Nearby parks and trails provide opportunities for outdoor adventures, while an array of shopping and dining options are within a short drive.

MAIN FEATURES:

Primary Bedroom: 1 King Recliner Bed
This spacious king-sized bed has a luxurious tufted headboard, wooden frame, tall dresser and mounted 55” Smart TV. Bedroom has tile flooring throughout and connects to an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. A sliding door leads directly to the pool area. The overall aesthetic combines comfort with coastal-inspired elegance in a cozy bedroom setting.

Primary Bathroom: This luxurious ensuite bathroom features a spa-like walk in shower with premium features including dual showerheads, body jets, and built-in niches. The elegant double vanity showcases modern vessel sinks atop a sea-green glass countertop. Completing this upscale primary bedroom is an upgraded smart toilet with bidet, a walk in closet with plenty of hanging space, and a luggage rack.

2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen Size Recliner Bed
A bright, inviting beach-themed bedroom featuring a cozy bed with crisp, white linens and colorful beach-themed throw pillows. The room includes a mounted 40” Smart TV, dresser with mirror, and lots of closet space.

3rd Bedroom: 1 Full over Full Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle. This room sleeps 5 comfortably, and includes a mounted 40” Smart TV with lots of closet space.

Family Room: This modern family room features a spacious, light gray leather sectional sofa with automatic recliner seats. The space is brightened by high ceilings and large windows that showcase the lush greenery outside. This room has a workspace with dual monitors and an electronic standing desk. There is a mounted 65” Smart TV and a Full Size Murphy Bed that sleeps 2 comfortably. It’s the perfect place to snuggle up and watch movies or a big game.

Living Room: This inviting tropical-themed living room features two very comfortable sofas, a storage ottoman, and a mounted 55” Smart TV. Sliding doors lead to the patio and pool area. It’s a great place to relax, play games, and reminisce about your adventures of the day.

Dining Room: This coastal-inspired dining area features a modern table with seating for 8. The open concept connects it to the Living Room, making it perfect for entertaining guests.

Entertainment: Lots of board games, bocci ball, tennis and pickle ball equipment. Check out the beautiful James F. Holland Memorial park located 1 mile away with playgrounds, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, as well as small and large dog parks.

2nd Bathroom: Enjoy this Full Bath with walkin garden tub and smart toilet with bidet. The consistent beach theme, functional design, and thoughtful amenities create a relaxing bathroom space that perfectly complements the property's overall coastal ambience.

Kitchen and Breakfast Nook: Fully furnished kitchen with Smart Refrigerator and Ninja Combi Multicooker, and fully stocked coffee bar. The breakfast nook provides access to the pool deck and a beautiful view.

Garage: Check in the garage for items to enhance your vacation, whether rain or shone. You will find an Arts & Crafts section for your creative little ones, lots of board games for all ages, exercise accessories, and outdoor games/ activities.

Laundry room: Washer/Dryer in unit with all the supplies you need. (Detergent and softener included.)

Pool and Lanai: Beautiful screened-in pool area with safety fence. This space features lounge chairs, hanging hammock chairs, and a dining table with seating for 8. Colorful string lights add ambiance for evening enjoyment, and the pool is equipped with underwater lighting for night swims. The lanai provides protection from insects while you enjoy the beautiful views and what nature has to offer. Outdoor shower area is also available for our guests. This tropical oasis offers the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment throughout your stay.

General: Free WIFI, Keyless Entry, A/C, linens/towels, iron/board, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soaps, lotions and much more.

Great Vacation Rental

This was honestly our favorite vacation rental we’ve stayed at. It had all of the amenities you’d need for a family stay. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. The host was great. We weren’t crazy about the fact that there wasn’t a door for the toilet room in the master bedroom… but, we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
