“The room and bathroom floors were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were corroded and rusty, and the cleaning solution they used smelled awful - mostly like bleach, and there was still mold/mildew in the shower. We tried to cancel our reservation, but the desk clerk was not authorized to help us, and Expedia deferred to the desk clerk at the property. The only good things to say is the AC worked, and there was hot water in the shower.”

“The air conditioner kept making popping noises all night and made sleeping impossible. The tv kept going in and out. After 6 hour drive 30 minutes of tv would have been good. The thermostat was so bright. It felt like a light house. Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed in, in the last 10 years.”

“Arrived to check-in and there was only one host at reception. She seemed very uncertain while helping the guests in front of me in line. It took her an hour to help them. Then when she started helping me it took 30 minutes. I am disabled and requested a accessable room. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor at the complete end of four hallways, next to the stairwell and as far away as possible from the elevator.
