Dockside is truly a dream home, private and elegantly appointed. From a private dock with a lift to a fabulous heated saltwater pool in the covered lanai, this four-bedroom, three-bath home has it all – all just minutes from the Atlantic! The large living area's brand new comfortable furniture to enjoy a ball game on the Spectrum smart HDTV, or surf the web on your PC using the free Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is a separate office if you need to work during your stay, with 400MBS spectrum internet for all your devices. The game room has a TV, wet bar, and a pub style pool table.

The spacious and beautiful gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all the stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes and gadgets you'll need to cook and serve your favorite dishes. The open floor plan offers a dining area adjacent to the kitchen with lots of space to enjoy a family meal or a lively board game. There is a breakfast bar at the kitchen with extra seating.

Dockside's master bedroom is a spa oasis with super comfy king-size bed, in-room HDTV and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and stand-alone soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms on the main level are equipped with a queen-size bed and a bunkbed setup with a pair of full-size mattresses on top and bottom. Dockside has 5 beds and can sleep 12 in total with a pull out sofa in the office and kids in the bunk beds. All rooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans in most. A full bathroom on the main level is just outside the two guest rooms. Dockside offers a private in-law suite upstairs equipped with a King bed and full bathroom. Perfect for a vacation with multiple families. A brand new, full size, washer and dryer making traveling light a no brainer.

The large covered lanai encloses a 12,000 gal saltwater pool and a dining set. The wicker seating is in the shade with additional roll down shading available. It definitely serves as a second living area. There's even a private dock from which you can fish or launch your own boat and explore the waterway, feel free to bring your boat or jet-ski and you can easily put them on the water at Palm Coast Marina and park them in your own backyard.

We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

* Age restrictions: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

* Pool/beach towels are not included, please remember to pack your own.

* Driveway parking, garage is to be used for travel trailers only as they are not allowed in driveway.

* Exterior-facing cameras installed for your safety

* Complete spice rack provided with over 30 spices needed for cooking

* Pool is serviced weekly, solar heating system installed in March 2022. **This system will warm the pool but will NOT heat efficiently in the colder months or in cloudy conditions**
