    Per favore, vieni a goderti la nostra nuova casa a PalmCoast, situata in un quartiere residenziale desiderabile. Abbiamo fatto di tutto per assicurarci che la tua vacanza trascorsa qui sia meravigliosa. TUTTO è NUOVO e della migliore qualità. Abbiamo arredato e fornito questa casa come fosse una casa principale per tutto l'anno. La cucina è fornita per preparare qualsiasi pasto. C'è un tavolo da pranzo in cucina e la sala da pranzo. . La zona giorno ha un t intelligente. v. Con cavo. La veranda situata al largo della cucina si affaccia sulla piscina e ha un t. v per divertirti, così come un XBOX 360 per i bambini. Sia la camera da letto principale che la camera da letto con letti matrimoniali hanno una t. v. La terza camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e accesso al bagno.
    L'area della piscina ha un tavolo da pranzo, sedie a sdraio e un set di vimini. Un grill a gas si trova anche a bordo piscina. Per favore goditi i giochi da piscina a bordo piscina .. Abbiamo anche una culla e seggiolone da usare. Nel garage ci sono alcune biciclette e caschi per godersi le vicine piste ciclabili e un tavolo da ping pong per un po 'di divertimento. Abbiamo anche sedie da spiaggia, ombrelloni, giochi da spiaggia e un dispositivo di raffreddamento da usare in quelle pigre giornate in spiaggia. La spiaggia FLAGLER e JUNGLE HUT si trovano nelle vicinanze
     
    Situato in posizione centrale tra Daytona Beach e Historic St Augustine, entrambi a circa 25 minuti di distanza. Perfetto un giorno di vacanza a Disney 90 minuti di distanza. Ottimi ristoranti, mercati all'aperto, negozi, golf e spiaggia nelle vicinanze

Niece's Graduation

We were in Florida for my niece's high school graduation. This home was well appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable 6-day stay. The pool was relaxing in the evenings. We would stay here again.

Enjoyable

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the pool and comfort of the house. There was plenty of room for everybody! We also liked how close the house was to everything we needed or wanted.

Great Experience for 6 adults

Stayed here with a group of three couples. House met all of our needs adequately. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. Once we were done with our beach excursions, we had the pool available to use for the rest of the afternoon. Made for a wonderful vacation home.

Exploring Florida

We enjoyed the pool. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The location was good to all of the things we wanted to see (St. Augustine, Kennedy Space, Universal, beaches). The house could use a good deep clean. Checking in/out was easy. Overall a nice place to stay. We would stay here again.

Perfectly described, great location

The description was accurate! Beds very comfortable! Everything needed for comfortable stay (unless you sleep with a fan for white noise like me and my children- you’ll need to bring your own 😊). Perfect location- Palm Coast is a great little town and located an hour from Cocoa Beach and Orlando. The pool and fenced yard were perfect for convenience! Check-in and check-out was very easy! Overall- great stay! Would highly recommend!

Family Get Away

This was our second time staying at this property. This house did not disappoint again. Very clean and big enough for our party of 6, and it is pet friendly. The salt water pool was very refreshing. We will definitely be back. Owner was quick to respond with the entry code. Thank you Tracy for another great time. We will be back.

Great Layout & Amenities

The pictures do a great job of showing the heart of the house (kitchen, living and dining space). The bedrooms are separated from each other and very spacious. We loved the heated saltwater pool! Gaming console and Roku were great for younger kids. There is no beach access from this neighborhood. However, the drive is not too far. Great shopping and restaurants nearby as well.

Very Happy

We were in town for our son’s college graduation and this home was a perfect accommodation for our family ( including our pup). It was exactly as it appeared online and Tracy was very responsive to emails. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels to use, Air Conditioning worked great and kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils etc… We weren’t sure what to expect, with it being a pet friendly home ( which is why we booked), but there wasn’t the slightest hint of any pet odor, pet hair or damage. Open, spacious, clean and great for families. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, for a great stay!

Perfect house and location for our beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay here! The house is so spread out that everyone got a little privacy (2 teens along so that is important lol). The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed with plenty of storage for our own things as well. We had hot water for all of us to take showers which was awesome! All of the beds were super comfortable. The salt water pool was icing on the cake! Would definitely come back. The location is close to the beach but in a very quiet neighborhood which was great. Would highly recommend Crescent Beach! It was our fave. Flagler is good for shells but so hard to walk on as it’s so soft you sink in like 3-4 inches throughout the beach and water, not just in the dunes. If I had little ones still, it would have been a no go for me.

The house is a great location close to shopping and 15 minutes from the beach. The house was great and clean with the exception of the queen size bedroom comforter smelling like pee. The pool area was nice except it had spider webs in many areas and around the back door. After the 4th day the water level on the pool started receiving and the pool guy came to clean it and noticed that it was at least a foot low and below the skimmer.The water from the house to the pool was turned off and he could not fill it. We would try to contact the owner with no respond for two days, and when we left on the 7th day the pool was still not filled.

Disappointing

This property could be really nice, but there are huge maintenance issues. The pool area was dirty and furniture soiled and holes in lanai screening. Spiders galore. Amenities not as advertised. No ping pong table, no beach chairs, beach umbrella unusable. Ice maker bucket broken and unusable. tv in living room and family room didn't get local tv. 2nd bathroom dirty when arrived and we needed to clean ourselves.

Disappointing Stay — Poorly Maintained Property and Unprofessional Owner

We stayed here over spring break and ended up leaving a night early due to the poor condition of the property. The house was not clean, and the linens and towels were thin, worn gray fabric — clearly not replaced often. The kitchen was poorly stocked with only one usable pan, expired spices, stained dishes, and heavily scratched plastic plates.The washing machine smelled awful, poorly masked by heavy air fresheners. A pool technician also arrived unannounced one afternoon, leaving the pool unusable for hours. While the pool was technically heated, it wasn’t warm enough to enjoy.An unfortunate accident occurred when our child knocked over and broke a lamp. We notified the owner immediately and asked how to resolve it but received no response until after we checked out — at which point we were charged 130 for a lamp that retails for 40–60 at Target. When we asked for proof of the cost, the owner was dismissive and unprofessional.Overall, the property feels neglected, the supplies are low quality, and the owner’s handling of issues raises serious concerns. For the price charged, this property is absolutely not worth it. The home has potential but is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

The house has a great layout, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was enjoyable once it warmed up. Some of the outdoor/sunroom furniture needs to be replaced and the shower and tub/shower could be updated. Otherwise, this is a great house and we’d stay again.

What a great trip!

We had a great time in FL! The pool was the best! Super clean with lots of toys for hanging out. We spent our days playing golf, hanging out at Jungle Hut Beach, and Universal Studios. Everything was easy to get to. The home was well stocked and we were able to cook/grill easily after busy days. Our puppy loved the fenced backyard. We had a great trip and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Thanks again!

I couldn’t have chosen a better property to stay in for my first time with VRBO!!! The house was in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and Tracy was very quick to respond to messages. Home was very comfortable. We had more than enough room for our party of 6. Kitchen was roomy and very nice. The pool area and pool was very accommodating. Loved the fenced yard for our dog. We are planning a return trip for next year.
